Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team in Wisconsin. You will provide direct nursing services under the RN Case Manager, support patients and families, and promote comfort and dignity in home or facility settings.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, patient-centered care, and collaboration with a dedicated care team. Current LVN/LPN licensure is required, with opportunities for ongoing education and benefits.
