Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN to deliver direct, skilled nursing in patients' homes under the direction of the RN Case Manager. You will help patients and families maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a home setting.

Qualifications

• LVN or Licensed Vocational Nurse license required.
• LPN license required.
