Mission Healthcare in Salem, OR, is hiring an LVN/LPN to provide direct nursing care in home health and hospice services. The role focuses on implementing care plans, documenting services, and educating patients and families.
It requires a current LVN/LPN license, BLS/CPR, valid driver's license, and at least one year of LVN/LPN experience. Responsibilities include coordinating hospice services, aseptic technique, and evaluating patient responses to treatments.
