Job summary

Compassus seeks a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kentucky to join Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus. You will deliver direct nursing care under the RN Case Manager, following the Plan of Care to help patients spend quality time with loved ones in home settings.
