Job summary

CarePartners Health Services in North Carolina seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in hospice, following physician orders and care plans. You will collaborate with the care team to achieve positive patient outcomes and adhere to nursing standards.

The role requires an active NC nursing license, a BSN or ADN, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience in nursing, including end-of-life care. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina (NC BON) and current licensure.
• Education: Associate's Degree or BSN.
• BLS certification and at least 1 year of hospice/patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows the plan of care, provides treatments, and works with the team to meet patient care outcomes.
• Provides direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act, including end of life care.
• Coordinates hospice services and reports needs to the interdisciplinary group.
• Provides appropriate pain and symptom management.
