Essential Functions

• Deliver patient care including personal care (ADL) tasks such as bathing, body mechanics, nutrition, elimination, safety, and special procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and communicate patient needs effectively.
• Perform housekeeping duties necessary for patient safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Demonstrate professional competence and accountability.
• Ensure proper cleaning and supply management in patient areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred; certification in related field required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listing required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in home care or with terminally ill or geriatric patients.
