Mission Hospice and Home Care seeks a per diem LVN to provide direct patient care at the Hospice House in Redwood City. The role requires availability for four shifts per month across morning, afternoon, or overnight blocks.
Responsibilities include accurate documentation, patient and family education, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to support end-of-life care. California LVN licensure is required or in process; IV therapy certification preferred.
