Aspirus St. Luke's in Duluth, MN is seeking a Home Health Aide to join the Hospice Election Program team!

The Home Health Aide provides personal care, exercises, and homemaking services to Home Care and Hospice patients, with timely documentation and active participation in meetings. Minimum qualifications include Minnesota registry at hire, Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry within 60 days, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Registered on the Minnesota registry upon hire into position.
• Registered on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry within 60 days of hire.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and routine exercises to Home Care and Hospice patients.
• Perform homemaking tasks as assigned and document interventions timely.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and in-services.
