Qualificações

• 1 year experience in acute care or medical-surgical nursing required.
• Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provides ongoing assessment and nursing care to patients in homes and health care facilities.
• Ensures accurate evaluation of patient needs and develops a care plan.
• Communicates with other health care providers about changes in patient condition.
