Job summary

Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant – Hospice Aide to join the team in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on patient care in patients' homes within the Hospice House program, with 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week and four weekend shifts every six weeks.

You will provide daily living assistance, coordinate with family and healthcare staff, and support end-of-life care in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Cert Nurse Aide (MO) - Missouri Division of Health and Human Services, Family Care Safety Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in patients' homes as part of Hospice Aide role.
• Assist with daily living activities and basic home care needs.
• Collaborate with the health care team to coordinate patient care and family support.
