MaineHealth Care at Home is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA) to join our team in the Waldo & Knox County area(s). This position offers flexible scheduling, with 5 to 6 patients per day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The role does not require starting from an office. While experience in home health is preferred, training is available with current employees already in the field.
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants:
Eligible candidates are hired into a full or part-time CNA position. Bonus amounts are prorated for part-time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth employees and those separated from MaineHealth for less than 6 months are ineligible.
Position Summary: This position involves 40 hours per week. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Hospice/Home Care Aide performs in-home care tasks to help maintain and restore patients' physical, social, and emotional health.
