MaineHealth Care at Home is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA) to join the team working in the Waldo & Knox County area(s). This role offers schedule flexibility, seeing 5 to 6 patients a day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The position does not require starting from an office. Experience in home health is preferred, but training is available for current employees already in the field.
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants:
Eligible candidates are hired into a full or part-time CNA position. Bonus amounts are prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former employees are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation.
Summary: This position involves 40 hours per week. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Hospice/Home Care Aide performs in-home care tasks to maintain and restore patients' physical, social, and emotional health.
