Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Contract RN - Hospice Field / Case Manager in Indiana. This role demands a proactive and experienced RN with at least one year in a Home Health setting. Qualifications

• Valid Driver License and Auto Insurance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Home Health setting as RN.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
