Job summary

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate Hospice Field Nurse to join our team in Wayne County, MI. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of hospice experience to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients in their homes.

The Hospice Field Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, assess patient conditions, develop individualized plans, and educate families while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year hospice nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Being able to travel if needed
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
