Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care, part of the LCHH family, is seeking a Hospice Executive Director to provide administrative and clinical oversight, quality metrics, and to liaise with the executive leadership. The ED reports to the VP of Operations and leads staffing, policy development, and interdepartmental coordination.

Responsibilities include evaluating performance, hiring and training staff, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations, budgeting, contracts, and driving improvements in patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health service administration, business administration, or related field.
• Registered Nurse with licensure in company locations.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Hospice supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the performance of the hospice and its staff through feedback from patients, customers, employees and vendors.
• Interviews, hires, orients and trains new staff and evaluates potential staff for compliance.
• Develops policies and procedures aligned with hospice standards.
• Ensures staffing levels meet patient care needs and resources are available.
• Reviews invoices and participates in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Participates in compliance and quality initiatives; collaborates with executive leadership.
