Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in hospice, home health, or another healthcare environment.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, team development, and business management.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare certification requirements, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance compassion with accountability and operational performance.
• Passion for developing people, strengthening teams, and delivering outstanding care.
