Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice in Dayton is seeking a DME Technician to prepare, clean, inspect, and manage medical equipment used by hospice patients. Based in our Dayton equipment warehouse, you will work with delivery staff and clinical teams to ensure equipment and supplies are available to support patient comfort and safety.

This full-time role runs 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and transport equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, warehouse ops, or inventory preferred.
• Ability to lift, move and transport equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automobile insurance meeting state minimum requirements.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and sanitize medical equipment.
• Maintain inventory records and track equipment distribution.
• Load/unload equipment and prepare for deliveries.
• Collaborate with delivery personnel and clinical teams.
