Job summary

Hospice Home Care in Pine Bluff, AR seeks a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, families, and community partners. You will be the face of our organization, building relationships and advancing compassionate care.

The role offers autonomy, community engagement, and opportunities to grow in healthcare sales and outreach while adhering to healthcare regulations and delivering quality patient referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience required.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Possess a current and valid state driver's license; provide proof of auto insurance.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and services.
• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
• Complete reports and admin tasks on time; follow healthcare regulations.
