Job summary

Hospice of the Midwest in Sioux City, IA, is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services and build partnerships with healthcare providers and families. You will travel to hospitals, clinics and senior facilities, representing our brand with compassion and professionalism.

The role emphasizes outreach, event participation, and educating communities about hospice benefits. A healthcare marketing background and CRM experience are valued; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing; CRM experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years healthcare marketing experience.
• Must have a current and valid state driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills; work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts and educate families and professionals on hospice benefits.
• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
