Job summary

Hospice of the Midwest in Edina, MN seeks a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, clinics, and families. You will be the face of our organization, building trusted relationships and guiding referrals to ensure compassionate end-of-life care.

This full-time role offers autonomy and community engagement through events, with a focus on connecting people to support and care. A background in healthcare marketing and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years health care marketing experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy with healthcare/admin software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with varied teams.
• Demonstrates high level of customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and services.
• Coordinate with care team for smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Complete reports and admin tasks on time.
• Follow healthcare rules and regulations.
