Your efforts will help ensure patients receive the compassionate care they deserve.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations* Conduct regular visits to referral sources to identify patients appropriate for **hospice services*** Represent Bella Terra Home Health and Hospice at **community events, health fairs, and civic functions*** Create and implement strategic marketing plans to meet growth objectives* Monitor market trends and maintain compliance with industry regulations* Serve as a resource for community members and assist with accessing care**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred* 3+ years of experience in **hospice marketing or healthcare business development*** Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities* Knowledge of hospice care, home health services, and healthcare regulations**About Bella Terra Hospice**We foster an environment where team members have the freedom to create programs that best serve patients and communities.
