Job summary

Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality end-of-life care to patients in West Chester and surrounding communities, working with an interdisciplinary team to promote dignity and comfort in patients' homes and care facilities.

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Build compassionate relationships with patients and their families.

Position Summary
