Job summary

Ohio Valley Hospice in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA/STNA to join our team. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in a home hospice setting, supporting dignity and comfort during a critical time.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within BrightSpring Health Services network. We offer medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, tuition discounts, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, mileage

Qualifications

• Six months of experience including personal care.
• Must be 18+ years of age and CPR certified.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and document care.
• Understanding hospice philosophy and ability to work with terminally ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personal care to patients.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Assist with mobility, bathing, dressing, and ROM exercises.
• Medication assistance per state regulations.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with hospice interdisciplinary team.
