Job summary
Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN Hospice CNA/Aide to support patients in Mesquite and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care in homes or facilities, assist with daily living activities, and report changes to the nursing team, while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.
- Assist with daily living activities while ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
- Observe and report patient condition changes to the nursing team.
- Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
