Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Dependable and patient-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist patients with mobility and daily living activities.
• Observe patients and communicate changes to supervising nurse.
• Document visits in a timely manner.
