Job summary

The Care Team Hospice in Akron, Ohio seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver in-home care and comfort to hospice patients while supporting families with dignity and respect.

No nights, no weekends, and tuition reimbursement for LPN/RN advancement. Work with an experienced interdisciplinary team to maintain patients’ quality of life in homes or local facilities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Prior hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, bathing, grooming, hygiene assistance, and comfort measures.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Document care in EMR (Homecare Homebase).
