Job summary

Chapters Health System seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to perform personal care, homemaker assistance and defined nursing procedures under RN direction. Monday-Friday schedule; home-based visits in the Ocala area.

Must hold CNA certification in the state of employment and have at least 6 months of related experience preferred. Strong communication in English, BLS certification, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification in the worker's state of employment.
• BLS for healthcare professionals current as per American Heart Association/Red Cross.
• Minimum 6 months CNA/Home Health Aide experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance per policy.
• Reliable transportation to meet work schedule.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving equipment.
