Responsibilities
Enhabit Hospice Nursing Aides assist with personal care routines such as changing bedding and clothing, bathing patients, and maintaining wound dressings. They may also support family members by instructing them on caregiving tasks. Nursing Aides regularly consult with registered nurses to update the team on patient progress and family needs.
Qualifications
Must meet at least one of the following:
Additionally, candidates must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation. They should also possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to observe and communicate patient needs effectively, and the capacity to build positive relationships.
