Job summary

AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice is seeking a Full-time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to our hospice patients in the Oakland County area. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure dignity and comfort at end of life.

We offer a flexible schedule, weekly paychecks, supportive environment and opportunities for advanced skilled training. A valid CNA license and reliable transportation are required. Training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Valid CNA license
• 6 Months of hospice experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for providing compassionate care and emotional support
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to hospice patients.
• Support patients in the Oakland County area.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and dignity at end of life.
• Participate in training and ongoing education as needed
