Job summary

Hospice Home Care in Conway, AR seeks a compassionate CNA to join our hospice team part-time. You will provide 1:1 patient care in home settings, focusing on comfort, dignity, and support at end-of-life.

Responsibilities include personal care, monitoring, mobility assistance, medication help per state regulation, emotional support, light housekeeping, documentation, and teamwork with the interdisciplinary group. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience providing personal care.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bath, dress, toileting, mobility, repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Mobility: assist with ambulation, transfers, ROM, equipment use.
• Medication Assistance: help with self-administered meds per state regulations.
• Emotional Support: provide companionship and comfort.
• Light Housekeeping: change linens, assist with meals, keep space clean.
• Documentation: maintain accurate and timely records.
• Team Participation: collaborate with hospice interdisciplinary team.
