Job summary

Holisticare Hospice seeks a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team. Provide hands-on care with dignity and respect, aligned to care plans and team guidelines. You’ll support patients and families, document thoroughly, and participate in ongoing growth opportunities through our onboarding and benefits program. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice a plus.
• CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care according to the plan of care.
• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Support families with guidance and reassurance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for patient records and regulatory standards.
