Job summary

St. Peter's Health Partners seeks a full-time Community Hospice CNA to support nursing home residents in the Capital Region. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote comfort, and provide family support as part of our Hospice Team.

Workdays are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm with no weekends. NYS CNA licensure required; 1-2 years of long-term care experience preferred, hospice experience optional.

Qualifications

• NYS CNA licensure is required.
• 1–2 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
