Join Outfield Healthcare Partners as a Hospice CNA in Dallas and Fort Worth.

Job Details

Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr (based on experience and skills)

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Hospice Aides who are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in patients' lives. Join a supportive, family-like environment where your contributions are valued.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under RN supervision following the Aide Plan of Care.
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Communicate patient condition changes and document appropriately.
  • Respect patient privacy and dignity.
  • Assist with nutrition, hydration, and infection control standards.
  • Contribute to team success through effective time management and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Current CNA license.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Preferred: at least one year of healthcare experience.
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to patient welfare.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
