Job summary

Suite Living Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro. You will provide hands-on personal care, monitor patient comfort, and support families in a respectful end-of-life setting.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a $25.00/hour compensation. Minnesota CNA and CPR certification are required; previous hospice or home health experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in hospice or home health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral care, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Support feeding and hydration; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Document care and monitor patient condition; report to RN.
• Support families with empathy and clear communication.
