Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Lexington Community Hospice House on a Full-Time Day Shift (7am-7pm). You will assist patients with daily activities, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the care team with empathy.

You will also support families on their healthcare journey with love and compassion, and join a team with opportunities for leadership, development, and advancement.

Qualifications

• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Required: Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and monitor patient conditions.
• Report changes to the care team to ensure quality care.
• Support families along their healthcare journeys with love and compassion.
