Job summary

Acts Hospice, part of Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide professional, compassionate personal care and related services in hospice participant residences, under the supervision of the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.

The ideal candidate will have a CNA certification, at least one year of geriatric healthcare experience, and CPR certification (current or eligible).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum one year of experience within the geriatric healthcare field.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate personal care and related services in hospice participant residences, as assigned by the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support the clinical care team as needed.
