Suncrest Hospice in Omaha, NE is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support resident care under the supervision of the Director of CNA Services. You will collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and a care team to deliver individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required in the state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate care with licensed staff and nursing management.
• Follow company nursing policies and safety guidelines.
• Engage with patients one-on-one with support from a care team.
• Be willing to drive with reliable transportation when needed.
