Qualifications

• At least 6+ months of CNA experience.
• Valid driver's license & auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility support).
• Assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, and meal prep to ensure patient comfort.
• Visit 5–6 patients/day, building meaningful connections.
• Record vital signs, monitor changes, and communicate with the nursing team.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families during life’s most important moments.
