Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Aide program.
• In good standing with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, exercise, and ambulation to patients.
• Records and reports changes in the patient’s status to RN.
• Maintains twelve (12) hour educational requirements.
