Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care in North Georgia is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to join our family-owned team. You will be part of a dedicated care family, providing comfort and dignity to patients and their loved ones while collaborating with doctors, nurses, social workers, and other caregivers.

Qualifications

• Georgia CNA license current.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.
• 1–2 years hospice or related care experience.
• Utmost compassion and integrity.
• Driver's license, insurance, and vehicle.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a personalized care plan for each patient.
• Report to and coordinate with the RN Case Manager.
• Communicate patient needs with the Interdisciplinary Team and families.
• Maintain high standards of care and clinical competency.
