Abode Hospice of Colorado is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to join our Denver team. You will provide 1:1 patient care, monitor conditions, assist with activities of daily living, and support families during a difficult time.

Applicants must have at least six months of personal care experience and complete required training. This role offers a stable environment, supportive team, and opportunities for growth within the hospice.

Qualificações

• Minimum six months of personal care experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Complete a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training, 16 hours of the 75 before practical training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 care to patients and families.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with mobility, bathing, dressing, and daily activities.
• Support with medications per state regulations.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with team.

Conhecimentos

CNA experience
