Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana to provide resident care under the direction of nursing management. You will support a patient care team with daily tasks and care planning, ensuring high-quality service to residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing education, and reliable transportation. A CNA certification is required, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding national company.

• Able to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Details

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position works under the direction of the Director of CNA Services (or designee) and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The CNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
