Qualifications

• Must have two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Requires a valid driver's license and current CPR certification.
• An understanding of hospice philosophy and issues of death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the care and services are delivered appropriately.
• Assign appropriate hospice personnel to referrals as needed.
• Confer with Medical Director regarding questions of eligibility.
• Conduct clinical record reviews and communicate findings.
• Participate in community activities promoting hospice.
