Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related healthcare or medical records experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain patient clinical records from admission to discharge.
• Prepare and file all required medical record documentation.
• Ensure patient charts are complete and accurate.
• Maintain electronic and paper medical records ensuring HIPAA compliance.
