VNA Care, a leading home health and hospice provider in Massachusetts, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Clinical Services Manager to oversee clinical operations of the hospice program in the Canton/Woburn area. The role coordinates patient care, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to a team of nurses, aides, social workers, and other professionals.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $125,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced practice.
• Minimum 3 years in hospice/palliative care with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical policies in compliance with regulations.
• Provide leadership to the clinical team including nurses, aides and social workers.
• Evaluate patient care plans to ensure quality and appropriateness of services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff training.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Services Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our hospice program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership to a team of healthcare professionals.

Compensation based on experience $120,000 - $125,000 per year

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice or palliative care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
