Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina and successful completion of nursing education from an approved school of nursing.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations.
• Ability to organize work, manage cases, document care, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates case management of all patient services.
• Documentation for patient care and staff performance.
• Supervises assigned care staff.
• Assists Administrator as necessary.
• Provides direct patient care including Oasis care planning and staffing coordination.
