Job summary

AccentCare Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Hospice Clinical Liaison RN to join our on-site team on a full-time basis. The role supports community outreach, provider education, and admissions collaboration to coordinate compassionate hospice care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of RN experience in the local market, familiarity with Medicare/home health regulations, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is M-F with limited on-call, on-site only.

Qualifications

• RN experience in local market with knowledge of governmental home health regulations and Medicare requirements.
• Previous medical sales experience preferred.
• Licensed RN currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured vehicle and in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and provider in-service education in assigned territory.
• Maintain daily communication with Admissions Department and Team Directors.
• Work with Hospice Care Consultants to develop and implement individualized marketing plan.
• Maintain visibility and accountability to increase relationships with contracted inpatient facilities and physician groups.
• Act as a liaison with the Hospice Medical Director, Team Physicians and Hospice Physicians on behalf of providers and patients/families.
• Make inpatient visits at contracted facilities and communicate with Admissions Department, Team Directors and/or Primary Nurse.
• Provide consultation on hospice and palliative care.

Be the Best Clinical Liaison RN You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• One (1) year of RN experience in local market with a strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques

• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order
