Salary ranges from $94,000 to $119,000, with variations based on factors such as location, experience, and credentials. Our total rewards package includes benefits beyond base pay.

About You

As an RN Clinical Liaison:

You will report to the AVP of Business Development. Your role involves:

• Managing effective and timely intake and referral processes
• Completing admissions in emergency and inpatient cases
• Providing accurate information about hospice services
• Responding promptly to referral calls and initiating paperwork
• Advocating for patients in developing care plans and obtaining informed consent
• Engaging with SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, and physicians
• Offering educational in-services on hospice benefits

Requirements:

• Compassionate, empathetic, and kind nature
• RN license in applicable states
• At least 2 years healthcare experience preferred in hospice, home health, or related roles
• Respected within your community
