Job summary

Gulfside Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Care Manager to coordinate and supervise patient care across hospice and related services. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee clinical staff and support high-quality service delivery.

You will lead QA/PI activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with senior management on clinical processes. This role requires RN licensure in Florida and supervisory experience in hospice/home health settings.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN degree highly desired.
• Hospice experience preferred; Hospice certification a plus; must obtain Hospice certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to staff, promoting high quality standards and efficient delivery of patient care.
• Assists in interviewing applicants, makes hiring recommendations and assists in orientation of new staff.
• Communicates and coordinates with senior management on clinical processes and services.
• Uses critical thinking to formulate action plans based on clinical and Hospice objectives.
• Manages multitasking, adaptability and flexibility to meet departmental goals.
• Supports 24/7 patient care coverage and appropriate back-up/on-call arrangements.
