Beneficial Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our hospice team in delivering dignified care to patients at the end of life. You will assist with ADLs, provide emotional support to patients and families, and help maintain a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• Hospice experience is preferred.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with errands and transportation as needed.
• Document care provided in accordance with agency policies.
